Ted over at PayPerPost is giving away free HP cameras. I am not the photographer in this family, but that’s only because my wife won’t hand over the camera. She’s deemed herself to be the only one capable of using it, so I don’t even try. If I had my own camera though, I’d be able to take it on trips - I didn’t take one to Chicago or Vegas because my wife didn’t want to let her camera out of her hands. I’m sure Ted would like to see my pictures from the “gentlemens clubs” we visit on all of our trips, and I could take some great shots if I had my own camera. The cameras that Ted is giving away are brand new HP 6 megapixel digital cameras and photo printers. That means I could print my own photos at home too, which would be great for some of the more risque pictures. Not to mention I’d be able to make my own videos too - my wife has some up with some neat stuff for PayPerPost and I want to give it a try, but I can’t do anything without a camera. So how about it Ted - will I find a new digital camera under the Christmas tree this week? Or will I have to continue to beg Colleen to share hers? Thanks to HP for sponsoring this post!
I gotta rave about my Tampa Bay Lightning last night. The went into Ottawa last night and punched the Senators in the mouth. It was nice to see them bring back some action to their game. Hopefully they can keep it up.
It’s been crazy around our house. I finished my Christmas shopping for the wife, and wrapped the presents. Now we’re just cleaning up the house and getting ready for company. The biggest challenge has been the rooms of the two youngest kids. We hauled our 3 bags of trash last night from our sons room, and it looks like a different room. Next up is my middle daughters room. She’s got who knows how much junk under her bed. I can’t wait for the fun.
Wife and I went out to dinner last night to a new Italian place near our house. When I ordered the penne with sausage and peppers, she asked me why I was punishing myself, and said I’d be hitting the Pepto when we got home. She knows me well - usually something like that will bother my stomach. There was a time in my life when I popped Zantac like candy. My new sponsor says their product can help by Relieving IBS with Digesthelp may be just the thing I need so that I can skip the pink stuff and still eat whatever I want. Digesthelp soothes the symptoms of IBS and it’s available over the counter too.
I enjoy fishing - I like to do salt water for redfish and snook. My fishing lures of choice are topwater plugs. Another lure that I like using is a double rigged artificial lure. The great thing about using the topwater plugs, especially with snook, is that it will approach the fishing lure like a torpedo, leaving a wake behind it, and when the fish strikes the fishing lure, the water will explode, and the snook will jump out of the water about a foot. It’s awesome!

Recently, my wife got me into the whole blogging thing, and paid blogging. I was skeptical of it at first, but wife has been raking in the dough with PayPerPost. Once I saw how fat her Paypal account was, I had to get in, and blogging has turned out to be more fun than I thought it would be. PayPerPost gives me the chance to make some money by doing what I like doing - chatting about the Tampa Bay Lightning and talking about cool stuff. I think I’ll plan on PayPerPost paying for my next guy trip. Can anyone say “Amsterdam”? PayPerPost is even paying me to tell you about them - nice, huh?
Let me tell you what a fun city Chicago is. I absolutely loved it. Me and my buddy went out Saturday night on Rush Street and Division Street, hitting some Irish pubs and stuff. We hit 3 or 4 different places, and not a single one was a sausage fest. It was so nice to be in a place where the ratio was an equal mix of guys and chicks. Not that it matters, because I’m happily married, however, I’d rather look at chicks than dudes.
Chicago is a pretty laid back city, and everyone was pretty friendly. All of the places we went knew how to pour a good pint of Guiness. We eventually crawled back to our hotel room around 4am and barely made it to the Bucs/Bears game on time at noon on Sunday. The Bucs played better than I thought they would, but unfortunately they lost.
The holiday season is here, and let me tell you about one of my favorite stores to shop at - Circuit City. I love it because you can shop online, like I did for the DVD player we put in our new truck. Seeing reviews and all of the specs online is easier than comparision shopping in the store. www.couponchief.com helped me save some cash on some recent purchases for a certain family member too, with their Circuit City coupons. With the savings, it left a little extra cash in Santa’s stash. Thanks to Coupon Chief for being my sponsor AND saving me some money!
