I’ve had 3 or 4 cells phones since I started using them. I’ve never paid for one of them - it’s just not important to me to have a $300 phone in my pocket, when the freebie model being handed out by the cell phone provider will work just as well. My wife on the other hand…

She’s the reason I carry a Motorola Razr, which was recently named given some the number one spot on the list here: Wirefly announces the Top 10 cell phones of 2006 Honestly, I’m not sure that the Motorola Razr lives up to the hype. It looks cool, but the square design isn’t user friendly. I’ve dropped that phone so many times since I got it, and on one of its last falls, I lost the battery cover. My other phone, which was the free Samsung from T-Mobile (also on the list) was a lot tougher.
