For those of you who know me, you know I’m not a bleeding heart liberal. I’m a pretty easy going guy, but not really into what the Left Coast and the Hillariates embrace. It’s exactly because of my views that I’ve got help to spread the word about a young man named Genarlow Wilson. I’ll tell you that my views lean pretty hard to the right, and precisely because of that, it’s easy to see the wrong being done to Genarlow Wilson. A center piece of conservatism is personal responsibility, and taking ownership for ones actions. When you hear about Genarlow Wilson, it will be easy to see why the Bible considers vanity and ego a sin….
If you’re wondering who the hell Genarlow Wilson is, go to ESPN.com and check out the story, or read about his appeal. I learned about it today listening to the local sports talk guy, Steve Deumig, who also has a weekend show on fox radio.

He was once a star football player and now he’s a prison inmate. You want to know what his crime is? He was 17 and had consensual oral sex with a 15 year old girl. Now he’s in prison for 11 years. In Georgia it was a misdemeanor for kids less than 3 years apart in age to have sex, but a felony to have oral sex. That doesn’t seem right to me. […]
