Monday and Tuesday night are going to be cold here, low temps in the 30’s. Since I’m off Tuesday, I thought I would go buy some sirloin steak on sale at the local grocery store, and grill tonight. However, I think I am going to rethink that dinner menu. One thing I love when it’s cold out is comfort food. Stuff like meatloaf or pot roast in the slow cooker and a bottle of red wine. Wife really doesn’t like meatloaf so I think I’ll make pot roast.
