					<description>sorry to hear about that.  you just don't have to be middle aged to feel that way.  I get really hard the first few days I start skiing in the winter.  For next time, what I do is take some muscle relaxers right after I ski and then that night.  Stretching is vital and not just right after but that night, the next morning and the next night.  Usually you will feel the worst after 30-40 hours.  So maybe try that out next time.</description>
